Pant-Teg Bach sleeps 2 (dogs welcome)

Pant-Teg Bach is on the East side of the house facing South overlooking the most wonderful valley views. Stepping from the lounge through French doors is a large balcony surrounding the property with chairs and table where you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature with a tumbling brook running alongside. 

This is all set within 4 acres of gardens surrounded by meadows of grazing sheep.

Fibre Wi-Fi broadband access provided.

The Cottage is all on the same level and benefits from under floor heating for year round comfort.

• Entrance porch: an area for coats and shoes, also a washing machine and drying rack.
  
  
• Open plan kitchen, diner, lounge: table and chairs by the window with an extremely busy nut feeder making mealtimes most entertaining! Two seater, reclining sofa, Freeview TV, DVD, CD, radio, selection of tourist information leaflets and maps, also books and games to make your stay comfortable and homely.

Kitchen is equipped with: fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven & grill, dishwasher, microwave, all china, crockery, pots, pans, utensils, iron & board etc. In fact hopefully everything you should need!

• King size bedroom: with a zip linked king or twin beds, dressing table, bedside tables and plenty of wardrobe storage.
  
  
• Shower room: walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin.

We provide hand and bath towels and the beds are made up for your arrival with crisp white bed linen.

A full cleaning service with fresh bedding and towels is provided for stays of more than one week.

A welcome pack is provided with tea, coffee, sugar, pint of milk, bottle of wine, chocolates and homemade cake or biscuits.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but we do ask that they be kept out of the bedrooms and that they bring their own bedding and so will feel at home. Also please do not leave them alone in the Cottage as it is their holiday as well and just keep a check on them in the grounds as we have two cats, chickens and sheep in the surrounding fields, all who do not appreciate being chased!

We have a small woodland with pond at the top of our land, ideal for first or last minute walks.

There is no smoking in the Cottage and so we respectfully ask guests to smoke in the grounds only.

Arrival time is from 4.30pm

Departure is by 10.00am
