We have a large gravelled parking area in front of the House and Cottage with room for several cars.

Cottage:

From the car park, the gravel path takes you across a small flat wooden bridge (760mm wide), crossing the brook, to 4 uneven natural stone steps with a handrail leading you up to the Cottage.

The doorway is 800mm wide with a one step threshold and then is all on one level. There is an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge.

A corridor (790mm wide) leads to the bedrooms and shower rooms with all doorways being 760mm wide.

Both showers have step up into shower trays.

B&B House:

From the car park there is a stone path leading to the front door (800mm) with a one step threshold.

The Gold room is on the ground floor with one step down to it.

The Red room and the guest lounge are both up a flight of stairs on the first floor.
